By accessing or using our website at www.rakiamission.com (the “Website“), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our privacy policy, which constitutes part of these Terms and can be viewed on the Website at www_______ (the “Privacy Policy”) (collectively, these “Terms“). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, do not access or use the Website.

• Governing law. The Terms and any dispute arising in connection therewith, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and you hereby agree that all such disputes shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.​

In the event that it is brought to our attention that a person under the age of eighteen (18) years makes use of our Website and/or Service, we reserve the right to prevent his/her access to the Website.
